Bring a field trip to the classroom or day camp, with an educational visit to jump start or augment student interest in bees, insects, genetics and environmental science.
$250. / 90 minute session for one class, or, $350 for 3 classes. It is preferrable to have classes combine and deliver the presentation to the 2 or 3 class groups all before recess. Experience reveals the bees' health is poorly affected by extended periods in their observation hive, and the heat which builds over longer days, when confined in their hive. Therefore, presentations will only be first thing in the morning.
This service only accepts bookings for April to September, as bees need to cuddle up undisturbed at home October to March:)
